Attention and Regulation Training

These guided sessions are designed to support your nervous system regulation and physiological awareness. They are educational tools – not therapy – and are used to help clients practice attention, pacing, and bodily signal recognition.

These practices are optional and adjustable. You remain in control of pacing and participation at all times.

  3. I’ll create a meditation tailored to you—delivered via download so you can listen whenever you need calm, focus, or connection.

Investment: $100 per personalized meditation.
