How I Work

My approach is grounded in one principle.

Understanding comes before intervention.

I do not prescribe protocols without explanation. I do not pressure bodies to comply. I do not frame health as moral success or failure. I teach physiology clearly so clients can participate knowingly in their own care.

My Core Principles:

  1. Physiology First – We start with how the body actually functions – metabolism, nervous system regulation, inflammation, energy use, stress response – so decisions are based on mechanism, not trends.
  2. Informed Consent – Clients will understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, what signals to watch for, and when to pause or stop.
  3. Reversibility and Agency – Health strategies are adjustable and the body gives feedback. Clients retain authority over their own choices.
  4. Ethical Boundaries – My work is educational and consultative. I do not diagnose or replace medical care. I collaborate with, not override, appropriate medical treatment.

Who This Approach Is For:

  • People who want to understand their bodies, not just follow rules
  • Individuals with complex health histories who need precision, not hype
  • Those who have felt rushed, dismissed, or confused in healthcare settings
  • Clients who value autonomy, clarity, and ethical practices
